City Zero “The most anticipated dance studio in Miami” from creator and co-founder of Zumba Fitness Beto Perez, designed by architect Permuy Architecture, and structural design by Youssef Hachem Consulting Engineering (YHCE), and developed by The Padron Group, with Brodson Construction as the construction manager.
At Youssef Hachem Consulting Engineering, we have been working hard to preserve the historical conditions, the art, and the culture at the City of Miami Beach. One of our specialties is to work on the structural design for rehabilitation and renovation of buildings located in this Art Deco District, characterized for always preserving the modern neoclassical architectural facade.
This place is a VIP experience for users and a big responsibility for engineers and contractors who built this place.
