Located at 915 to 955 Washington Avenue in Miami Beach, Florida. The project consists of the Renovation of Historic Facades and construction of proposed Hotel which will be a 7-level structure. A restaurant and swimming pool are planned to be at the second level.

Structural design of a new construction high-rise tower with 166’6″ of height and 14′ round auger-cast piles supporting a reinforced concrete cap pile & structural slab. Post-tensioned concrete slab.

Located at 301 Diplomat Parkway, Hallandale Beach, 200 Diplomat is the second stage of the Project Diplomat Golf Course & Tennis Center, a luxury project that included the design and construction of four new high-rise building around the existing resort and spa.
At 200 Diplomat we are in charge of the structural design of this 30 story level building.
