Built in 1939 this hotel was completely renovated, a rooftop pool and a new floor was added.

Located in Miami Beach, this project consists in the redevelopment of seven historic structures on the block, along with a new seven story building on Washington Avenue. The historic properties will become a hotel complex where all the roofs will be connected and include restaurants and bars. All the properties are being completely renovated but keeping its art deco essence and historical facades. The complex includes underground parking.

Located at 915 to 955 Washington Avenue in Miami Beach, Florida. The project consists of the Renovation of Historic Facades and construction of proposed Hotel which will be a 7-level structure. A restaurant and swimming pool are planned to be at the second level.

Every floor of this construction is a custom size floor, specially designed for its specific use.

Located at 301 Diplomat Parkway, Hallandale Beach, 200 Diplomat is the second stage of the Project Diplomat Golf Course & Tennis Center, a luxury project that included the design and construction of four new high-rise building around the existing resort and spa.
At 200 Diplomat we are in charge of the structural design of this 30 story level building.
