Located at 301 Diplomat Parkway, Hallandale Beach, 100 Diplomat is the first stage of the Project Diplomat Golf Course & Tennis Center, a luxury project that included the design and construction of four new high-rise building around the existing resort and spa.

At 100 Diplomat we are in charge of the structural design, threshold inspections, and construction administration of this 27 story level building.
