Collins Park Historic Preservation

Located in Miami Beach, this project consists in the redevelopment of five to seven historic structures on the block, along with a new five story building on Washington Avenue. The historic properties will become a hotel complex where all the roofs will be connected and include restaurants and bars. All the properties are being completely renovated but keeping its art deco essence and historical facades.
